EXCLUSIVITY –

Time factor ; Each and every design is produced only once, only within the pre-order date given.
Quantity factor ; Each design will be allocated a fair amount of production quantities, we prioritise lead time and product presentation.

PAYMENT –

PayPal ; Only for full payment.
Put-in-LayBuy ; For 50% down payment with partial payment up to 2 months.
*All order will be processed for shipping once full payment is received.

SHIPPING –

All orders will be shipped using FedEx International Priority. We are not responsible for any loss or damages once shipped out with tracking number.

RETURN or EXCHANGE –

Upon custom completion, we do not accept any form of return or exchange, except special circumstances on a case by case basis.

LEAD TIME –

Lead time is generally 3-6 weeks depending on various external factors such as shoe base sourcing period, shipping turnaround time, etc
